We've got a great squad for this level and probably tbe best paid by a long shot. Davis has said the play hasn't been brave enough and I make him right. Players need to step up!

Time's up. He's been living on borrowed time and the sharks are calling in their debt.

Does the jinx include injuries to both the first choice control defenders at the same time? If they are both out i can't see us winning a game to at least one returns.

The signing of central defender Jamie Sendles-White as cover for centre half positions ( whilst still in recovery from a serious ACL knee injury ) seemed strange at the time and now seems even more stranger ! He is just not up to the job at the moment, perhaps in time he may be ok ? But with our small playing staff, we are just not in the position to carry ''maybe'' players who are still in the process of recovering from bad injuries. It looks like we may need to get in some good quality players on loan

Nobody gave Hendon a chance when key players were injured

At the time though Omer Riza was a bit limited in who he could play and played a lot of kids.

How was he ever appointed manager by LIng in the first place?

He was out of work and we needed a manager.

Not so much jinxed, we always go for the 'safe' manager. And Davis is certainly one of those. Dull.
I see JFH has kicked off things well again at Northampton.. Then again, i would never have expected Ling to go for someone like that.

Think everyone needs to chill out and remember that we are only in september and that we have a squad that was hastily built up in 4 weeks. Judge Davis and Ling after two seasons, not 10 games.

So let me think. The last owner knee jerked after a couple bad results and sacked one or two mangers, some of whom are now described in hindsight as managers who would either prevented us from being relegated or likely got us promoted from league 2 had they have been given a chance. So we are suggesting as early as August into September in this thread that we repeat this behaviour and sack Davis? Righto. Being as we now find ourselves as a non-league club that clearly worked very well.
