Look on the bright side. We are still unbeaten on grass by full time sides that don't begin with B.

More chances go begging in front of goal, not anything like this in a long time.

Clay is quality and Caprice gets faster every game. Some positives in a bizarre evening.

Penalty 0-3

Replacement CBs have had an absolute mare.

Had plenty chances missed the lot. Poor sub from Davis, Koroma not getting the minutes when he should be imo.

I can see Ling saying "I knew you'd got it wrong" or some such.

Attacking players have to take a big share of the blame today, their finishing has been nothing short of appalling.

Without Elokobi and Coulson we're in trouble and the keeper is a constant worry.

Have to take your chances, we've had about 7 or 8 tonight missed them all. They've had one foray downfield this half and scored.

40% of games lost so far this season. Still think Davis is the man for the job?

I had a strong feeling that we would lose tonight. Reality finally bites.
We missed a lot of chances but the defending sounded very poor tonight. Davis has to urgently address this. Tonight reminded me of last season.
Saturday will be very interesting now & if we lose 3 in a row there will be a lot of dissatisfaction.
If anybody doubted how difficult this season will be then look at tonight & doubt no more.
By the way, we surely must sign an experienced keeper. Can the management not see this?

On the bright side there were three standout performers tonight: Clay, Jobi and Jake C, As to the rest, well....

Hardly a surprise, seeing as he was picked out of position. Never going to get the best out of him until he's used in behind the striker(s).

We lost at home by that score to Scarborough early in a season during the Tommy Taylor days. It was a Saturday afternoon in the days when the East Stand was the premier location. My seat was near Barry Hearn's special section. The chairman got abuse but didn't hold back himself. Was that when supporters were labelled "morons"? Not sure, but that loss to Scarborough was a blip and Orient went on to have a fine season.

I've found it! It was 29 August 1998. I've also come across a programme from a few weeks later versus Halifax Town with Amara Simba on the cover. Did we beat Halifax that day? Of course we did.

Anyone slagging Grainger off after yesterdays performance obviously wasn't at the game yesterday couldn't do anything about any of the goals.

We just had no idea how to deal with the big lump they had upfront.

A dissapointing outcome at home.
- CB' s couldn't handle their big man ( front and back )
- chances missed just unbelievable !
- we looked lightweight all over the pitch
- they had strength throughout
That's all.
